Accel will pay 100% of the labor and 100% of the parts for the covered systems that fail during the warranty period. Ask the dealer for a copy of the warranty, and for any documents that explain warranty coverage, exclusions, and the dealer's repair obligations. Implied warranties under your state's law may give you additional rights.

We cannot accept a return if the car has been modified, in an accident or damaged, altered from the condition it was delivered in or had a lien or other encumbrance put on the vehicle. Additionally, if you drive the vehicle over 300 miles, every additional mile will be charged a fee of $1.00 per mile. If you choose to exchange, you can receive up to two vehicles, however, the second vehicle will NOT come with our 5 Day Money Back Guarantee. Day 1 of your 5 Day Money Back Guarantee begins when you accept the vehicle, regardless of time of day. Custom ordered vehicles, or any vehicles that is specially acquired on your behalf, may not be covered by the 5 day return policy--this will be determined prior to delivery.
